Easter always makes me think about renewal. The old is gone; the new has come. Spring is here. The light at the end of the tunnel with the “pandemic who should not be named” is refreshing.
Now is an excellent time to stop, take a deep breath, and do a quick assessment of you, your family, and your company.
We’re a year on from when everything stopped. How have you changed? What has changed? What have you overcome, made stronger, leaned into?
What opportunities are in front of you that weren’t twelve months ago?
Honestly, I’ve had an air of complaining about me. I have been getting stuck in the mud. I was tired. Yet now, when I look at what has transpired, who is around me, and what is ahead of me, I’m unbelievably grateful.
I’m grateful for my God, my wife, my family, my business partner, our Growth Catalysts that we go to battle in the trenches with every day, our clients, impact partners, and who they all impact and influence. I’m grateful for the sunshine and warmth of this weekend, conversations over coffee with friends, and new business opportunities.
It felt like someone turned on the “go” light in January, and we’re running hard. In fact, we’re launching a new region that will grow our Acumen community.
Next week, we’ll begin building a community for CEOs and Owners in the Front Range, starting in Denver. If you know anyone or think we should know someone out there, hit reply and let us know.
So, on this Easter weekend. Take stock of the last year. The old has gone; the new has come. Where is your gratitude? What is your new creation?
What will you do with it?
