As leaders it’s imperative that we know when we’re supposed to answer, solve, mentor, coach, guide, and when we’re supposed to listen and just show some good ol’ fashioned empathy. Truly, it’s not always about the nail. (note: this may just happen to help you in your personal relationships too.)
