Like many businesses in the last year we evolved, innovated, and streamlined to grow when that time was right. In the beginning, our hypothesis for a high impact community was about going deep in one market. Then, once a core of teams has been formed and our processes in place, look for new markets.

Expansion
Acumen’s Kansas City community currently has 80 owners and CEOs and should be at 100 by year end. We’re launching a new team this month towards that goal. We’ve also picked our newest region in the Front Range with Denver being the hub. And we’re vetting several other regions for launch next year.
Evolution
To ring in this new season for our company and our accelerator communities we’re rolling out an exciting brand refresh, enhancement, and accentuation with our logo and website.
On our site you’ll see how we’ve taken our existing branding and “amped it up“ (if you will) to better reflect the “journey“ forward.
Acumen’s logo evolved too. Our inspiration from Proverbs (Iron sharpens Iron) is still present, and we’ve added new meaning to it, specifically: Foresight, Hindsight, and Insight. (More detail in the image below).
All of us have evolved over the last year. This evolution of Acumen will take us into our next phase of growth as we expand into the Front Range – starting in Denver, and beyond.
