What is the crux of your business? The one that if you figured it out, you would create the opportunity to go the next level?
We’re moving. We have been in our house for 18 years. Time for another adventure. Moving across town, new digs, new projects, we’re excited.
There was a point (our crux) when my wife and I stared at each other and decided it was time for a change, to do something different. We have a new vision for our lives that needed us to move. literally and figuratively. That took discernment and timing.
Figuring out your crux, and then what to do about it is much the same.
What is the crux of your business?
- Finally understanding your cash flow and balance sheet
- Lettting others lead. really, actually lead
- Getting your org chart right. Filling the final seat with the right person
- Consistently filling the top of your sales funnel
Whatever it is, the exact answer is not in a book, podcast, or even this post.

If you are doing it right, you are always doing something new.
We exist to put you in community with others who are figuring out their crux. Some farther along than you and others you will pull along.
Together, we continually walk towards that one thing, your crux of today. If you don’t know, need accountability, knowledge, wisdom, guidance, inspiration, and likely, some humility, let’s go.
It isn’t sexy because it’s not hype or feel good hope. It’s work. And the only way you get there is by moving (it doesn’t always have to involve your house!).
A discerning heart is always eager to take in more truth; fools feed on fast-food fads and fancies.
