A distinguished graduate of United States Air Force Academy, Trace also holds an MBA from the Katz Graduate School at the University of Pittsburgh and is a CFA Charterholder. After serving as an Air Force officer, Trace transitioned to operational roles in financial services and a Christian broadcasting firm before a 2006 mission trip pierced his heart for orphaned and abandoned children. Today, Trace’s passion is to help the team apply best practices to help care for local children and families in crisis from Kansas City to Kampala.
